The U.S. bankruptcy judge handling the bankruptcy petition of American Airlines and its eventual merger with U.S. Airways assured that he will quickly decide to let American Airlines exit bankruptcy, an articles reported on Monday, November 25.
In a hearing, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Sean Lane, who approved the Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing of American Airlines, said that he will release his decision quickly, adding it may be available by as early as Wednesday, November 27.
